How Your Recovery Can Begin

Personalised assessment, rehabilitation and hands-on care for everyday pain, injuries and returning confidently to activity.

Areas I Can Support

Whether you’re managing day-to-day discomfort or working towards a specific goal, each session is shaped around you.

01

Pain & Everyday Movement

Neck and back pain, postural tension, headaches and the kind of stiffness that builds up from desk work, repetitive tasks or simply getting older. We look at what’s driving it, not just where it hurts.

02

Injuries & Rehabilitation

Sprains, strains, muscle tears and overuse problems such as tendinopathy or shin splints. Treatment is progressive and evidence-informed, aimed at getting you moving well and staying that way.

03

Returning to Activity

Rebuilding strength, mobility and confidence after injury, surgery or a long break. Whether the goal is returning to work, the gym or competitive sport, we build a realistic plan together.

Your First Appointment

What You Can Expect

Your first session is unhurried. There is no pressure, no assumptions — just a careful conversation and a plan built around you.

01

A Conversation, At Your Pace

We start by listening. You’ll have space to describe what’s been going on in your own words — when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you’re hoping to get back to. Nothing is too small to mention.

02

A Careful, Thorough Assessment

Your assessment may include movement testing, postural observation, palpation and relevant clinical tests. I’ll explain each step clearly so you know what I’m checking and why.

03

A Plan Made With You

Based on what we find, we’ll talk through the most appropriate approach together. Treatment may include hands-on muscle work, joint mobilisation, guided exercise and, where appropriate, electrotherapy.

04

Leaving With Clear Next Steps

You won’t leave wondering what happens next. We’ll agree on a realistic path forward, whether that’s a follow-up appointment, exercises to try at home, or simply a plan to check in after a short break.
